It’s impossible to explain just how easy Matt and Amanda made our journey to ISO approval. The system they put in place is incredibly easy to work and keep up with, so much so I’ve implemented it for the parts of the business not under the ISO scope. Matt got us on board (after a long time to his credit) and the service he’s provided since would ensure we won’t look anywhere else. After 22 years of trading we decided it was time to implement ISO 9001 & 14001 within our business. A task that we had been putting off for so long due to the ‘changes to the way we worked’ that it would necessitate… Or so we thought.

Discovering EmmersonWills has transformed my company audits for the better. The best Google search I did in 2023! I didn’t realise such a service existed until I discovered EW.

Matt and his team make everything appear simple and straightforward with what was ( for us, a small company ) quite daunting. My biggest fear is being taken away from the coalface and things which I consequently sub-contract / delegate taking more time and generating more stress than if I’d done it myself. Achieving ISO 14001 was vital for us. The process initially looked like being at the foot of Everest. Matt took all the pressure and made me very comfortable he had the knowledge, experience and most importantly the customer-facing understanding, to make it happen without fuss, and successfully. He’s at the end of a phone, email or other comms 24/7 and nothing is an issue or difficult. He’s let me get on with my day job, without any worry.

Maybe your external consultant isn’t quite sharing the vision of where you want to be?

Either first steps into ISO certification or mentoring and guiding I cannot recommend Matt at Emmerson Wills enough. Thorough, professional and helpful. No question is dumb and you always feel like he has the Company’s best interests at heart.

Having endured years of trying to make an overcomplicated and unwieldy quality system work and panicking everytime we had a ISO9001 audit we enlisted the help of Emmerson Wills who did an outstanding job of creating a very streamlined and efficient quality system for us that we all understand, are able to use and maintain with ease and more importantly it now contributes positively to the business. All this was done in 2 months from Emmerson Wills first visit for system installation and coaching through to their internal audit and then the external audit.

Our historic ISO9001:2015 system has proven to be very robust over the years. It did however demand an extreme amount of maintenance and up keep to remain effective. After consulting with EmmersonWills we have now implemented Matt’s genius system which has provided exceptional results. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matt. We needed someone to provide us with a new Quality Managment System for achiveing ISO 9001:2015. Matt was very efficient in getting the ball rolling, provided us with all the information we needed and the core structure of the system. Matt attended our site on a few occasions during the implementation period to ensure we all understood the system and what was required. Matt was amazing! We had a really tight timescale because we tried to do the RAMs our selves and left it to the last minute. Matt not only designed the RAMs he did them for us and gave us templates to use for the future, he also coached us over zoom so that we could be competent in future RAMs. I think he gave great value for money and supplied a professional service to be proud of.

Matt made the whole process smooth, stress free and after dealing with him have successfully gained work from the Council and School sector.
